MEXICAN BIONICO BREAKFAST – LA GIRL RECIPE

This is my favorite (Easy) Mexican Fruit Salad Recipe. I craved it when I was pregnant in the hot LA Summer with my daughter Izzy. She and I still love it and you will too!BIONICO LA GIRL RECIPE

My Favorite (Easy) Mexican Fruit Salad Recipe:

1 Can of “La Lechera”. You can use the Sweetened Condensed milk from any store, it’s a white can with the cow on it.

Mix equal parts sour cream (add more if you don’t like it too sweet).

Add 1 Tbsp Honey

Add 1 big pinch of cinnamon (to taste).

When finished mixing, you now have your sauce. Set aside to use as a topping.

Slice your favorite fruits into chunks.

I like Pineapple, Cantaloupe, Honeydew Melon, Mango, Strawberry, (most people love Banana too).

Place your mixed fruit salad in a bowl.

Sprinkle raisins, granola, and shredded sweetened or un-sweetened coconut shavings on top.

Then generously drizzle your sauce on top.

Moms Best Tip: Throw this beauty into individual clear plastic cups for kids to marvel at & take it to-go for a healthy breakfast in the car.
