The Mom Show Blog by Kristin Cruz is the creative online space I built out over the years with other early Mom influencers, as we scaled the Mom Life thing and shared our experiences with each other.

From the Hustle to the Struggle we hang in there with the help of our girlfriends and advice from those Mom Bosses who have gone before us.

Monetizing that information and special connections with a wonderful female audience, I filled blog pages, podcasts, syndicated radio segments, podium speeches, panel discussions, and cable news hits with entertaining information that is geared towards women raising kids. While I performed my 24/7 job as Mom to my kids, I helped my hobby grow into a business. All of this content online is the result of those creative late night jam sessions between feedings, and day-trips to Parenting Conferences to meet new contacts in the Family Entertainment & Lifestyle space.

I blog for other people’s sites while I am essentially still always “blogging for myself”. I love to write and hit deadlines. I get work done earlier and better and cheaper than was expected. It’s because I love writing and making words work together. I love bringing people together to make things work. However my passions and skills come together, the same core traits have always been at the heart of my successes. The Mom Show Studios is another incarnation of those same principles expressed in the way that works for the space I’m in right now.

When I began in radio and podcasting there weren’t as many people jumping in to take the risk of doing shows a new way. iHeart Radio took it on, and I think now they are pretty much killin’ it with subs, content, and now an awards show. I’ve dialed back my time on the mic to focus on TV again. Wearing many hats over the years is one of the best things I ever did in my career. I’ve always been able to pivot with the times and anticipate change with excitement.
