Totally Vegan Funfetti Cake Batter Popcorn

STARTER RECIPES : TOTALLY VEGAN *FUNFETTI CAKE BATTER POPCORN*

Funfetti Cake Batter Popcorn – Veganized
1/4 cup popcorn kernels
2 oz. vegan chocolate (order online here.)
1 tsp. coconut oil
1/4 cup regular or sugar-free cake mix from a box
1-2 tsp. sprinkles

Air-pop your kernels. Pour popcorn in a very large bowl. Melt your vegan chocolate and oil together. Do it the fancy way on the stove-top or slowly in the Microwave. Zap your microwave-safe bowl for 25 seconds at a time, stopping and stirring in intervals of 10 seconds at a time after that. Stir melted mix & drizzle it over the popcorn. Sprinkle on the dry cake mix and then the sprinkles. With a non-stick spoon or spatula, stir gently coat. Spread your batch onto a non-stick cookie sheet or parchment paper. Let it sit for 10-30 minutes and serve.
